1. What SureNutrition is

SureNutrition is a nutrition and lifestyle coaching service operated by Utkarsh Thakur. It provides diet and training plans built from information you provide in a short quiz, using a rule-based generator against a library of meals and exercises. On the Complete and Coaching tiers, your coach personally reviews what was generated.

This is coaching and general nutrition and lifestyle guidance. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for seeing a doctor or another qualified professional — especially if you have a diagnosed medical condition, take prescription medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. If our safety check identifies any of these, we do not generate a plan and instead point you to seek professional advice first.

2. Who can use this service

You must be 18 or older. We ask your age as the first step of the quiz and stop immediately, with nothing saved, if you tell us you are under 18.

The information you give us — your measurements, goals, food preferences and training context — must be accurate to your knowledge. A plan built from false information (for example, understating your age or overstating your activity level) may not be appropriate for you, and that risk sits with the information given, not with the generator.

Current prices and full tier details are shown at checkout before you pay. The Coaching tier is arranged directly over WhatsApp rather than through automated checkout at this time.

4. Payment

One-time purchases are processed through Razorpay in Indian Rupees. The amount charged is always the amount shown to you before you pay — never adjusted afterward. See our refund policy for when a refund applies.

5. No guaranteed outcome

A diet and training plan is one input among many — sleep, stress, consistency, genetics and life circumstances all matter too, and we have no control over any of them. We do not promise a specific weight, measurement or timeline. What we commit to is generating a plan that is genuinely built from the information you gave us, and delivering it as described for the tier you bought.

6. Using what you receive

Your plan is for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or present it as your own work for someone else's benefit.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of SureNutrition is limited to the amount you actually paid us. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from a decision to disregard the guidance to consult a doctor, from inaccurate information you provided, or from circumstances outside a diet and training plan's control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update; continuing to use SureNutrition after a change means you accept the update.
